Goodridge Classic range launched
Launched
at the 2014 Goodwood Revival on the 12th September the Classic range covers
cars manufactured before 1980 and combines the benefits of the Goodridge aircraft
quality hoses with a black rubber retro look.
The kits are available with either plated or stainless fittings with a vintage look black hose.

Goodridge brake lines on TV
Sunday nights 8pm on Channel 4, For The Love Of Cars. The host is Phillip Glenister who is well known for programmes such as Life on Mars and Ashes to Ashes. Phillip will be looking for 'barn finds' to restore, kicking off on Sunday 20th April 2014 with that true classic the Ford Escort Mexico. The restorations wil include upgrading the braking systems with Goodridge hoses.
The cars being restored include the Ford Escort Mexico, Land Rover Series 1, Mini Cooper, MGTC, DeLorean and Triumph Stag.

Goodridge - Winners Again!
Goodridge USA recently
received the prestigious Award of Excellence at Polaris Industries. The award
is given to only a handful of suppliers - those who meet Polaris’s stringent
requirements on Quality, Cost, Delivery and Flexibility. This is the first
time Goodridge USA has won this award since 2007, when they won it three years
in a row (2005-2007). It now puts Goodridge among the Top 10 suppliers out
of over 500 globally. Well done to all contributing employees from Quality,
Operations, Production Planning, Sales, Accounting and Engineering.
Goodridge also picked up a supplier award at Arctic Cat for Quality and Delivery in 2013. For the 12 months through July, Goodridge’s On-Time Delivery was 99.9% and PPM (Parts Per Million Defects) was 78. Finally Goodridge new product launch G-Flex Hose & Fittings picked up a SEMA product award. This award is given to innovative new products that are identified with the potential to succeed in International Markets. In 2011 Goodridge won the same award for its G-Max product range.
Press Release – Silverstone Announcement
As of April 2nd 2014, Goodridge will close our Silverstone facility.
This is no reflection upon our recent announcement to engage more and improve our motorsport business within Europe.
We have seen our business grow and the demands of our customers have become more specialised and focused to produce complete engineering assemblies, not just hose and fittings.
The rationale to focus on engineered products: where we have the equipment and machines to bend alloy or stainless hard-line; and braze or weld assemblies, in our Exeter facility, allows us a far more efficient delivery to our customers.
The Goodridge mobile van is active and can be in a customer’s premises to help with installation support. That combined with a large network of distributors who can assemble products, acts as a further assistance to our customers.
We have plans to instruct a ‘G’ Tech centre within 20 miles of Silverstone to add flexibility required within this market. This information will be released in the near future.
In truth the discussion and subsequent decision about our Silverstone facility was instigated by our customers, and as a customer focused organisation, we do believe in listening to the market leaders that we provide our products and services too.

MIA's Business Excellence Awards recognise stars of the UK Motorsport Industry.
One of the shining stars of the UK economy, the British motorsport industry, has celebrated another successful year in 2013 with the Motorsport Industry Association’s (MIA) annual Business Excellence Awards. The event, which took place in Birmingham (Thursday 9 January) as part of the highly successful Autosport International Show, saw over 500 guests from across the globe come together to recognise the achievements of the industry over the last twelve months.
Goodridge are a proud supporter of the MIA Service to the Industry Award which was won by Ellis Clowes & Company and also Goodridge were nominated for the Export Achievement Award for 2014.
Rubicon Acquires Goodridge
With the recent acquisition of Goodridge Ltd by Rubicon Partners and Grovepoint Capital LLP the company will be divided into two operating divisions, each with responsibility for their respective financial results.
These two divisions will be organised by their geographical position and each headed by a Chief Executive for each region.
Jon Hourihan will be Chief Executive of Goodridge Europe and Jamie Ramsden will be Chief Executive of Goodridge Americas.
The appointment of Javel Djulepa being responsible for all business relating to our Motorsport and Aftermarket business for the Continental European business units.
Over the last 10 years Goodridge has grown within the OEM sector with continued presence in the Aftermarket and Motorsport sectors. As a customer focused organisation Goodridge strives to be the best to market, first to market, particularly being the original and creators of markets.
Our customers have noticed the launch of some new products already with which we can develop and differentiate within the aftermarket sector. This is just the start of new products to beat and remove our competitors who are simply mimicking our offering to the market.
It will be a long journey but we are committed to growing our product ranges and brand in all three current market sectors – OEM, Aftermarket and Motorsport.

What happened to goodridge.co.uk ?
goodridge.co.uk was originally registered and owned by a property agent called Godridge, it was then sold to K300 Ltd. and we then built a website and marketed the domain name until it became the highest ranking website for Goodridge products.
Some years later the domain name was given to Goodridge Ltd. and aliased to their own domain name goodridge.net.
